I searched Google and found this page on page one. I found what I wanted to know - Thanks. Shame Cuil has not got its act together enough to even list it's own submission page yet (If it has one). Lets hope they get sorted out, not having to rely on the foibles of Google would be a good thing indeed. I searched Cuil for “how to submit to Cuil” info and didn’t find it.
